This was shockingly good! We have a lot of leftovers though. How is best to save it? Can it be frozen and then served hot later or would it be gross?

This sweet Potato salad is outrageously good! I followed the recipe, exactly, except I sprinkled the sweet potato and onion mixture with garlic powder, generously before roasting instead of using fresh garlic. It’s even better than I imagined! Love it! I have to stop myself from eating the whole bowl.
