This Apple Bread is so so so good!! For friends and family I make it as stated in the recipe, for myself, since I follow a paleo-type diet, I use gluten free flour and maple syrup, cutting back on the milk because the syrup adds liquid. It is also great for one of my friends who is egg-free. I’ve gotten so many compliments on this bread and I love it too!! Definitely a keeper. 😊

So light and fluffy in the food processer! My family loves these brownies, and they are awesome when we have a visitor who needs a gluten free snack. Of course I always add extra chocolate chips on the top … yum.

I swear I’ve made this recipe at least 15 times by now. I always come back to it. It’s so easy, and the muffins come out so moist and flavorful! I add coconut shreds to mine.
