I’m a diabetic, too, and sometimes I have trouble with both blood sugar spikes and crashes. I’m sure everyone does; it’s just noticeable for diabetics. Right now, I have a respiratory infection, so this sounds so yum as something different and as a diabetic, and sounds like it will be wonderfully soothing for a sore throat! I can’t wait to try some of these options. As I read others’ comments, I wondered…This could be made into a sort of banana split, with the banana base “ice cream”, strawberries, cherries and a little chocolate topping. Yum!

I don’t get the exaggeration that Choco covered Katie said but still the ice cream looks and sounds very tasty but should have been a little more simple for children to understand because say that a child wanted to make this ice cream just say a 9 year old that finds it a bit hard to understand they might not be able to understand the recipe they might have been very excited to make the ice cream for a birthday party surprise. And they might get upset
