What make and model Cuisinart food processor, blender and ice cream machine do you use? (I found a link for the food processor, but It was an old one and not in stock. I wasn’t sure that was even the correct model.)
Side note: can you do a caramel sauce and other caramel recipes, please?!

Given the tough economic times, with food prices so high, have you considered veganizing and helping your devoted fans with “depression era” desserts like Pinto Bean Pie (sweet, not savory), vinegar pie, etc? These seem to heavily depend on eggs and lots of sugar, so perhaps they can’t easily be veganized, but if anyone can do it – you can! You’ve given us your Deep Dish Cookie Pie with a few beans in it….thank you for that one!

Hi. I make a lot of your pancake recipes for my son (since 2013 when he was one) and I was wondering how to make larger quantities than the recipe is written for. Our kitchen will be under construction soon and I want to make big batches to keep in the freezer.
I know the leavening, etc can’t just be multiplied, I just don’t know how much this would change. Especially the brownie batter pancakes- it’s a smaller recipe and they’re his favorite. Thank you!

Hello CCK, I have been a chocolate mousse lover for years. Your recipe using coconut milk is much simpler than mine so I tried it today. Unfortunately, the brand I bought (Thai Kitchen) did not separate the watery part from the thick part (I did cool as suggested).

I would appreciate if you could let me know what brand you recommend.
