I typically like to have a printed copy of a recipe in front of me when making it.
Some questions/wishes:

How come a photo of the completed dish, which appears online, does not appear when I print it? It would be so nice to have a small photo in the top right corner with text around it or left of it.

Just FYI, the Healthy Cream Cheese Frosting recipe is not formatted.

My family has a lot of dietary restrictions (gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan) so I always try and bring something to potlucks that accommodates everyone. I used to make two recipes (one ‘classic’ and one ‘healthy’) but now I just make your recipes because usually they taste just about as good!

Your vegan peanut butter cookies have accidentally become my signature and friends request them all the time!
I also like your vegan Mexican wedding/snowball cookies better than any other I’ve found lol.

Anyway, now I’m the one with dietary restrictions due to recurrent pancreatitis, and once again this blog has given me the hope that I can still keep baking, just with a bit less oil.

I’m now badly wanting to make your peanut butter bars (chocolate chips a choice) but am wondering if the recipe can be doubled and will work if put in a 9″x13″ glass pan to bake. Your recipe, as written, calls for an 8″ pan.
