Overall I really liked this recipe! I used a combination of spelt and oat flour and used coconut sugar instead of cane sugar. It was a little too sweet for me, despite using less sugar than the recipe called for in both the filling and the streusel topping. If I were to make it without the filling, will that change the baking time at all?

In reply to Annika. Nothing like gstekeeping someone else's recipe blog to convince more people to be vegan. This kind of holier-than-thou attitude is why more people AREN'T vegan.

Very good tasting recipe – I doubled the crisp and it was just right. I reommend if you like the crisp to blueberry ratio to be higher. Easy and quick to make and fmily LOVED it! 🙂
